Measuring 19 3/8" in length, this 6 holed, unsplit Torrey Pine (Pinus torreyana) branch flute is clearly and resonately voiced to an Am mode 1&4 pentatonic scale, tuned to A=444 Hz. This tuning harmonizes with the Solfeggio frequency of 528 Hz, the frequency of "transformation and miracles (DNA repair)", according to the Solfeggio system.  On this flute the bottom tone hole plays that frequency of 528 Hz, becoming the healing center for the song heard in the sound sample.  Deer leather lacing with Horn Bone and Brass beads secures the bird to its nest.  To help prevent wetout, the bird has been fitted with a redwood shoe, and a drain hole covered by the lacing has been designed into the air chamber.  The bark has been left on at the mouth end, morphing from rough branch into a finely finished flute at the foot end--in the spirit of all Dryad Flutes, a harmony of tree and human.
