Some of the bark has been left
on this
Coast Redwood unsplit branch flute
creating a nice visual and tactile contrast with
the finely finished grain. Crushed turquoise has been inlayed
into some of the bark crevices and
wood knots and a small turquoise nugget has been
set into a knot at the top of the back.
Deer lacing with turquoise and brass beads
holds the bird to the
nest.
Measuring 16 1/8" in length,
the branch was
gathered from a grove
of Coast Redwood
trees that grow
at the beautiful Descanso
Gardens in
La Canada Flintridge, California.
Price includes
shipping costs
a nice lined felt drawstring flute bag and a
"How to Play and Care for Your Dryad Flute" booklet
